11g          Butter
28g          Apple, raw-without skin
15g          Cream, 40%
15g          KetoCal® 4:1 powder – Nutricia North America
18g          Coconut- dried, shredded - unsweetened

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 325°F .
  • Use a small amount of the butter to grease a small ramekin. 
  • Chop apples into fine pieces, then place on bottom of the ramekin.
  • Mix softened butter, KetoCal and coconut together to form a soft dough. 
  • Spread dough on top of apples in ramekin. 
  • Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown. 
  • When ready to eat, top with whipped cream.

Optional:  Carbohydrate-free sweetener; a pinch of cinnamon.
