13g          Olive Oil
150g        Water
20g          KetoCal® 4:1 - Nutricia North America
40g          Carrots, cooked, sliced or chopped
12g          Onions, spring or scallions (tops and bulb) - raw
1g            Garlic Paste - Amore®

Instructions:

  • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-low heat.  Add the carrots, spring onions, and garlic paste and cook until soft.
  • Add warm water to soup base, then simmer; do not boil, for about 25 minutes.
  • Add KetoCal and blend till smooth. Do not boil once KetoCal is in soup.
  • Add a pinch of dried cilantro to garnish.
