20g Cream, 36% - Heavy Whipping Cream
13g Cheese - Kraft® cheddar (mild, medium, sharp), grated
50g Cauliflower - cooked
8g Butter
Instructions:
- Place oil, KetoCal and cream into a small saucepan then mix well with a spatula.
- Heat until sauce thickens, do not boil.
- Grate cheese or slice into thin strips then weigh. Stir into heated sauce until cheese is melted.
- Stir in cooked cauliflower. Season with salt if desired.
