7g          Olive Oil
10g        KetoCal® 4:1 - Nutricia North America
20g        Cream, 36% - Heavy Whipping Cream
13g        Cheese - Kraft® cheddar (mild, medium, sharp), grated
50g        Cauliflower - cooked
8g          Butter

Instructions:

  • Place oil, KetoCal and cream into a small saucepan then mix well with a spatula.
  • Heat until sauce thickens, do not boil.
  • Grate cheese or slice into thin strips then weigh.  Stir into heated sauce until cheese is melted. 
  • Stir in cooked cauliflower.  Season with salt if desired.
