18g Almond flour (whole ground blanched almonds)*
Instructions:
Melt the coconut oil in a microwave-safe container.
- Weigh dry ingredients then mix them together until well blended.
- Stir coconut oil into dry ingredients.
- Mix in 3 drops of liquid sweetener**.
- Shape a 5 x 5 inch piece of foil into a small pan by folding up the edges about 1 inch on all four sides. Pour chocolate mixture into foil pan.
- Refrigerate or freeze until firm then break apart into serving pieces.
*Almond Flour is the same as almond meal; whole ground blanched almonds.
**Liquid sweeteners such as Sweet10, Sweet-n Low, or Stevia.
