9g            Cranberries, raw (fresh or frozen)
17g          Butter
8g            KetoCal® powder – Nutricia North America

Instructions:

  • Mince apples and cranberries into fine pieces then weigh.
  • Melt butter then stir into KetoCal powder.
  • Mix apples and cranberries into KetoCal mixture.
  • Mix in 3-5 drops of liquid sweetener*.
  • Pour mixture into 7 oz. (200mL) ramekin dish that has been sprayed with non-stick oil spray.
  • Bake at 325º F for 25 minutes.

Cobbler tastes best when eaten warm. Serve with whipped cream.
