14g KetoCal® 3:1 - Nutricia North America
5g Olive Oil
4g Water
4g Egg White - raw - whipped
- Pinch of seasoning - optional
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- In a small bowl, mix KetoCal, oil and water together until it becomes a stiff batter.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the egg white and fold into KetoCal batter.
- Separate batter into 4 equal parts and place each onto baking parchment.
- Using a spatula, shape each piece into a 2 inch circle.
- Add seasoning if desired*
- Place in preheated oven and bake for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown.
- Flip the crackers over and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes.
- Remove from oven and place onto a cooling rack.
Storage:
- Room Temperature: Crackers should be stored in an air tight container for up to 1 day
- Freezer: Crackers should be stored in an air tight container for up to 3 months. Once defrosted, place in oven for a few minutes to cook again.
Chef’s Tip:
* By adding a pinch of one of the following to the top of a cracker prior to baking you can change the flavor of the crackers.
- Pinch of Milled Rock Salt
- Pinch of Milled Black Pepper
- Pinch of Chili Powder
- Pinch of Italian Herbs
- Pinch of Sesame Seeds
- Pinch of Poppy Seeds
