14g          KetoCal® 3:1 - Nutricia North America
5g            Olive Oil
4g            Water
4g            Egg White - raw - whipped
-              Pinch of seasoning - optional

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F
  • In a small bowl, mix KetoCal, oil and water together until it becomes a stiff batter.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk the egg white and fold into KetoCal batter.   
  • Separate batter into 4 equal parts and place each onto baking parchment. 
  • Using a spatula, shape each piece into a 2 inch circle.
  • Add seasoning if desired*
  • Place in preheated oven and bake for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Flip the crackers over and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes. 
  • Remove from oven and place onto a cooling rack.

Storage:

  • Room Temperature:  Crackers should be stored in an air tight container for up to 1 day
  • Freezer:  Crackers should be stored in an air tight container for up to 3 months.  Once defrosted, place in oven for a few minutes to cook again. 

Chef’s Tip:
* By adding a pinch of one of the following to the top of a cracker prior to baking you can change the flavor of the crackers.

  • Pinch of Milled Rock Salt
  • Pinch of Milled Black Pepper
  • Pinch of Chili Powder
  • Pinch of Italian Herbs
  • Pinch of Sesame Seeds
  • Pinch of Poppy Seeds
