¼ cup Egg - raw - mixed well
1 ½ Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Water
2 Tbsp KetoCal® 3:1 Powder - Nutricia North America
1 Tbsp Cheese - Kraft® cheddar (mild, medium, sharp), grated
2 tsp Mushrooms, white - raw - finely chopped
Instructions:
In a small bowl, combine and mix the eggs, olive oil, water and cheese together until well blended.
- Using a small spatula, stir in the KetoCal powder to the mixture working out any clumps.
- Pour the mixture into a heated non-stick skillet or a skillet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
- Spread chopped mushrooms over the top of egg mixture.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper as desired.
- Cook scrambled eggs by folding over with a spatula when it is almost completely cooked. Slide onto a plate and serve.
