1 ½ Tbsp Olive Oil
1 cup Mushrooms, white - raw, diced
½ cup Onions, spring or scallions (tops only) - raw, chopped
½ tsp Garlic Paste - Amore®
2/3 cup Warm water
½ tsp Bouillon, Wylers Instant® - Chicken granules, crushed
¼ cup KetoCal® 3:1 - Nutricia North America
Instructions:
- Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium-low heat. Add the mushrooms, spring onions, and garlic paste and cook until tender.
- Add the crushed bouillon to warm water, then combine with the soup base and simmer; do not boil, for about 20 minutes.
- Add KetoCal and blend in electric blender until smooth. Do not boil soup once KetoCal has been added.
