½ cup           Strawberries, fresh or frozen
1 Tbsp          Vegetable oil (i.e. Soybean, Sunflower, Safflower, Canola)
2 Tbsp          Cream, 36% - Heavy Whipping Cream
1 drop          Liquid Sweetener

Instructions:

  • Pour hot water into blender container.
  • Add KetoCal Powder then blend for several seconds.
  • Add oil, cream and fruit. Blend for several seconds.
  • Optional:  Add several drops liquid sweetener*.  Blend again.
  • Serve over ice or blend again with ice chips before serving.

*Liquid sweeteners such as Sweet 10®, Sweet’n Low®, or Stevia®.
