1g            Bouillon, Wylers Instant®- Chicken granules
20g          Olive Oil
52g          Mushrooms, white - raw, chopped
150g        Water
15g          KetoCal® 3:1 - Nutricia North America
15g          Onions, spring or scallions (tops and bulb) - raw, chopped
1g            Garlic Paste - Amore®

Instructions:

  • Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium-low heat.  Add the mushrooms, spring onions, and garlic puree and cook until tender.
  • Add the bouillon to warm water, then combine with the soup base and simmer; do not boil, for about 20 minutes.   
  • Add KetoCal and blend until smooth.  Do not boil when KetoCal is in soup.
