6g       KetoCal® 4:1 powder – Nutricia North America

1g      Jell-O® sugar free, low calorie gelatin dessert powder
          (any flavor)
10g     KetoCal® 3:1 powder – Nutricia North America
60g     Water

Instructions:

  • Weigh sugar free Jell-O powder in a small bowl.
  • Heat about ½ cup of water to a boil then weigh out 60 grams and stir into sugar free Jell-O. Allow to cool for about 3 minutes.
  • Stir KetoCal® powder into Jell-O mixture with a small spatula until smooth.
  • Add the cream and mix again.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
