60g Water
Instructions:
Weigh sugar free Jell-O powder in a small bowl.
- Heat about ½ cup of water to a boil then weigh out 60 grams and stir into sugar free Jell-O. Allow to cool for about 3 minutes.
- Stir KetoCal® powder into Jell-O mixture with a small spatula until smooth.
- Add the cream and mix again.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
