1g            Bouillon, Wylers Instant®- Chicken granules
23g          Olive Oil
41g          Pumpkin, canned - unsweetened
10g          Turnips - cooked
150g        Water
15g          KetoCal® 3:1 - Nutricia North America
21g          Onions, spring or scallions (tops and bulb) - raw
2g            Garlic Paste - Amore®

Instructions:

  • Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium-low heat.  Add the pumpkin, spring onions, and garlic puree and cook until soft. 
  • Add the bouillon to warm water, then combine with the soup base and simmer; do not boil, for about 25 minutes.   
  • Add KetoCal and blend until smooth.  Do not boil when KetoCal is in soup.
