11g          Butter
38g          Raspberries
20g          KetoCal® 4:1 Powder – Nutricia North America
18g          Coconut- dried, shredded – unsweetened
-              Carbohydrate-free sweetener (optional)
-              Pinch of Cinnamon (optional)

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 325°F.
  • Use a small amount of the butter to grease a small, oven proof ramekin. 
  • Place the raw raspberries on bottom of the ramekin.
  • If desired, add in carbohydrate-free sweetener and/or a pinch of cinnamon to above mixture.    
  • Mix softened butter, KetoCal and coconut together to with spatula.  The mixture should look like fine breadcrumbs.   
  • Spread crumble on top of raspberries in ramekin. 
  • Bake in preheated oven for 15- 20 minutes or until golden brown. 

Optional: Carbohydrate-free sweetener; a pinch of cinnamon.
