Ingredients
  

10 g KetoCal 3:1, powder

46 g sour cream

36 g cream, 36%

28 g butter, melted

50 g green beans, cooked

10 g crispy fried onions

Instructions
 

  • Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

    2. In a mixing bowl, combine KetoCal, sour cream, cream and melted butter until blended.

      3. Stir in green beans.

        4. Pour mixture in a small baking dish. Season with salt & pepper.

          5. Top with crispy fried onion.

            6. Bake for 15 minutes.
