The KetoCal Assistance Program:

At Nutricia we understand that there may be instances where you may be facing financial hardships in receiving KetoCal and/or Liquigen formula. To help families during these situations, we have created the KetoCal Assistance Program to assist financially disadvantaged families in obtaining KetoCal and/or Liquigen when other forms of reimbursement assistance fall short. The program is available to residents of the United States who are not eligible for other forms of assistance and do not have third-party coverage for nutritional therapy. To find out if you are eligible, download and complete an application. For additional information, please contact 1-800-365-7354.
